Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of the Twinkr website, an independent publisher based in France. For any question about your data: contact@twinkr.com. See also the legal notice.
No cookies
Twinkr sets no cookies or trackers on your device: no advertising, no analytics, no social networks. Fonts and icons are hosted on our own servers, with no call to any third-party service. That is why no consent banner is shown.
Anonymous audience measurement
To know which pages are useful, Twinkr counts page views per day, per page and per language. This counter records no IP address, no identifier and no information about your browser: it is impossible to reconstruct your visit or recognise you from one page to the next. Search engine robots are excluded from the count.
Server logs
Like any web server, Twinkr’s server logs the requests it receives (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to keep the site secure, block intrusion attempts and fix errors. Legal basis: the publisher’s legitimate interest in protecting its service. These logs are kept for 7 days (access log) and at most 30 days (technical logs), then deleted automatically.
Links to retailers
When you click a link to a shop, you leave Twinkr. The affiliate network (for example Awin) and the retailer may then process data and set cookies to attribute the sale, under their own responsibility and privacy policies. Twinkr only receives commission amounts from them, never your identity or the contents of your order. See the affiliate disclosure.
If you write to us
If you contact us by email, your address and message are used only to reply to you, then kept for at most three years after our last exchange.
Hosting
The site is hosted by OVHcloud on servers located in Canada, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data. No data is sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@twinkr.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with your local authority.
